To Whom It May Concern:

This is to recommend Connie Cave to your institution. Connie was in my “Exceptional Child” (EDN204) course in the summer of 2005. Connie was an exemplary student. She worked above and beyond what was required; her questions and comments were thoughtful and provocative; assignments were done at a professional level. Connie’s writing and oral communication skills were of the highest quality.

I have taught this course for a number of years, and have rarely had a student so dedicated to such a high level of personal expectation. She set goals for herself, met them with expertise and professionalism, and set a high level of ethics and accountability for herself and the class. The class benefited from Connie’s presence and insightful observations.

As she teaches, you will find that Connie holds high standards for herself and her students. But she has patience, commitment, creativity and dedication in such measure that her students will meet those standards because their teacher is supporting them every step of the way.

I recommend Connie to you for consideration for employment unreservedly. Your institution will find her to be an asset in every arena of the job.
