It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Connie Cave.

I worked with Mrs. Cave, when she student taught at Larkin High School in a Collaboration American History Class. Connie and I worked as a team in this collaborative setting, which included planning lessons, co-teaching, grading assignments and accommodating the needs of all students including Special Ed, ELL, and those with low ability levels.

Throughout this time Connie stimulated the minds of our high school students with well-organized, insightful and motivational lessons. Other admirable qualities included lessons that allowed students to choose projects that expressed their strengths and helped them grow in areas of weakness. Also lessons were filled with multi-media experiences including primary sources, documentaries, as well as, music selections to help students totally experience the chapters.
