I wish to be considered for a position teaching social science / history at the secondary or middle school level. I am endorsed in U.S. History (9-12), World History (9-12), Political Science / Civics, and History (middle grades). Additionally, I am highly qualified for Economics and Geography (9-12 and middle grades).

I earned my Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University, having double-majored in history and political science. I recently earned a Masters of Arts in Teaching (MAT) from National-Louis University.

I have demonstrated an ability to serve a diverse range of students, which has resulted in measurable improvements in their academic performance. I have student-taught multiple subjects, including two collaborative classes, at the secondary level. Subsequently, I have substitute taught at several middle and secondary schools. I was specifically requested by a variety of teachers.
